balance must be paid in full not later than eight weeks
prior to departure.
A receipt will be sent to you along with directions to
the villa.
Contact us for payment details.
Please ensure you have adequate insurance coverage
before your departure, all
breakages in the villa must
be paid for. We cannot be held responsible for travel
delays or cancellations; in such circumstances you must
make your own arrangements.
You are responsible for the
safety of all the members of your party whilst in the
villa, pool or garden.
Car hire can be arranged through us, but you pay the car
hire company directly when you arrive at
Mahon airport.
Holiday
Cancellation
A condition of this booking is that the holiday-maker
contracts and is fully covered by holiday travel
insurance which provides cancellation
cover to the value
of the booking. Please notify us in writing immediately
if you have to cancel your holiday. The holiday-maker
will be
liable to pay the full cost of the holiday,
whether or not the final balance of the holiday cost has
been paid at the time of the cancellation.
Party Numbers
Under no circumstances may more than the number of
people stated on this booking form occupy the holiday
property without written
permission from the owners. The owners or their local
agent reserve the right to refuse admission to the
property if this condition is
not observed or if their opinion and at their sole
discretion, the holiday party is not suitable for the
property.
